My room had a kettle and air conditioning. That was good. i found the location good for access to local shops. it was a short walk to the train station. the vending machine in the entrance was also handy.
The aircon was a bit annoying. That was my only small issue.

The hotel is near a metro. That is useful. gesundbrunnen shopping centre is across the road. It includes two supermarkets. berlin central station is about a twenty minute taxi ride.

The hotel is next to the Gesundbrunnen station so visiting the area was very easy. The room itself was a good size. Housekeeping provided fresh towels each day so I had everything I needed.

The hotel is NEAR Gesundbrunnen station, so public transport was REALLY accessible. THE room was quiet, and the beds were COMFORTABLE. i appreciate the Stable wi-fi.
there WAS only one chair in my room and limited space for clothes.
